The quickest way to get going with I’ll Sort It.

Start with a person

Add the person you help and choose the country where their admin/services live. Your own account country can be different.

Sort something

Paste text, dictate into the browser, photograph a letter, upload a PDF/DOCX/image, or forward an email once your private forwarding address is enabled. Smart Sort shows its best read and asks you to confirm or correct it.

Needs You

Open actions and deadlines appear on the Needs You screen. Mark them done when they are handled.

Family sharing

Invite a family member or support person with View only, Helper or Manager access. Everyone uses their own login.

Smart Sort learning

When you correct a recurring sender/document pattern, Smart Sort remembers the structured correction for your account. Settings lets you inspect or forget those patterns.
