The ground rules for using I’ll Sort It.

What the service does

I’ll Sort It helps organise life administration for someone you care for. It can store documents, identify likely dates and amounts, suggest next actions, coordinate family access and send reminders.

You stay in control

Smart Sort suggestions must be checked by a person. I’ll Sort It is not medical, legal, financial, tax or government advice and does not independently make decisions or submit consequential actions on your behalf.

Your responsibility

Only upload or share information you have the right and authority to handle. Keep your account credentials and private forwarding addresses secure, and review important deadlines against the original document.

Family access

Owners and managers choose who receives access. Different roles can view or change different parts of a supported person’s information.

Availability

We aim to keep the service reliable, but beta software can change or occasionally be unavailable. Keep original copies of critical documents where required.

Subscriptions

Paid plan details, pricing, renewal and cancellation terms shown at checkout apply to subscriptions. Final consumer-law wording will be localised before general launch.
